South Africa Customer Visit

1.South Africa customers visit our factory for inspect roll forming machine.
These customers are our old friends and  7 year's cooperative partner. They come from Johannesburg  city South Africa ,They buy some machines from  us 10-20 sets every year.
Such as IBR roof sheet roll forming machine, corrugated roof sheet roll forming machine, shutter door roll forming machine. We keep long and stable business and friendship. They are our important clients of South Africa. They are big machines trader in South Africa. They are trust us and approving. So what make them so pleased? I think that is the quality of our All kinds of machine and the design and product technology ,the another element factor is the service what we provide all the time.

We use half of day time to introduce every detail about our factory and the clients learn every thing from us that they want to know. We introduce them the machine steps by steps from design and product. How we to design the machine and make drawing and every process for the machine be product, such as how to payed  and how to design and lather and assemble and painting and how shipping to the customer's country, then what we do when the machines arrived to customer, how we solve the install question for the machine, and how to solve the repair and maintenance event. common different client need different machine or need different profile, so most order is custom-made.

2.We take the foreign clients to the machines working site.
In our factory , the customers finished inspect every part of how the machine be produced the next thing we take the clients to our other customer to inspect the machine how produce and how to control. Such as how to fix the material and what material the machine produce, how to control the machine by company. From these work, trust our clients will get full understanding for our work.
