This equipment was customized by us for an American customer. Its forming method is still roller forming. Different from the ordinary roller Forming Machine, it uses a gearbox and a coupling as the transmission device, which ensures the improvement of transmission efficiency and enables the machine to output stably for a long time. The usage intensity of the gearbox is much greater than that of the general chain transmission method. So this machine can operate perfectly at a speed of 60-80 meters per minute. And multiple drive motors are adopted. Multiple motors can provide greater power and make the power more uniform and smooth

The main frame of the machine body is made of steel plates welded together. This is the manufacturing process of the box-type main frame. The plane of the main frame is ground by a planer to ensure the accuracy and stability of the main frame. In the past, ordinary main frames were all made of H-shaped steel. Traditional main frames are low in price but have poor accuracy. Moreover, the connection method of the machine body is fixed with screws instead of the previous direct welding. Screw fixation is more accurate. And it is to facilitate the later debugging and maintenance of the equipment, as well as the replacement of accessories
