1. Payment Structure: An initial deposit of 30% is required, with the remaining 70% due before shipping. We will notify the customer for a quality inspection.

2. Delivery Timeline: The delivery period is 25-30 days post-deposit. Shipment will occur after machine testing.

3. Installation and Commissioning: If a technician is dispatched to the buyer's location, the buyer is responsible for all associated costs including visa, round-trip airfare, safety, translator services, and appropriate accommodation. Additionally, the buyer must cover a daily salary of $150 USD.

4. Product Warranty: We offer a 24-month warranty on the floor deck roll forming machine and provide lifetime technical support for the equipment.

5. Packaging Details: The equipment will be shipped without covering, while some spare parts will be packed in wooden boxes.

6. Packing: The equipment will be shipped uncovered, protected with waterproof cloth and stow-wood. The computer-controlled cabinet will be wrapped in waterproof cloth. The seller guarantees that the equipment will be kept moisture-proof during transportation.

7. Export Documentation: The seller ensures the accuracy of all export information and is liable for any losses incurred by the buyer due to incorrect export information. The export documents will include: the original invoice, original packing list (detailing contents, measurements, and actual weight of each container), a copy of the released B/L, and a scanned copy of the original customs declaration.
