1. Payment Method: We require a 30% deposit initially, with the remaining 70% due before shipment. Customers will be notified to inspect the quality.

2. Delivery Schedule: Shipment will occur 25-30 days post-deposit, following machine testing.

3. Installation and Setup: If a technician is sent to the buyer's location, the buyer is responsible for all associated costs including visa, round-trip airfare, safety measures, translation services, and appropriate accommodation. Additionally, the buyer must pay a daily wage of $150 USD.

4. Product Warranty: Our floor deck roll forming machine comes with a 24-month warranty. We offer lifelong technical support for the equipment.

5. Packaging Details: The equipment will be shipped without packaging, while some spare parts will be packed in wooden boxes.

6. Packing Specifications: Equipment will be unwrapped but covered with waterproof cloth and secured with stow-wood. The computer-controlled cabinet will be wrapped in waterproof cloth. The seller ensures the equipment is protected from moisture during transit.

7. Export Documentation: The seller guarantees the accuracy of export information and will compensate the buyer for any losses due to inaccuracies. Export documents will include the original invoice, original packing list (detailing container contents, measurements, and weight), a copy of the released bill of lading, and a scanned copy of the original customs declaration.
