1. Payment Method: We require a 30% deposit upfront, with the remaining 70% balance to be paid before shipment. We will notify the customer to inspect the quality.
2. Delivery Timeline: 25-30 days post deposit. Shipment will commence after machine testing.
3. Setup and Calibration: If dispatching a technician to the buyer's location, the buyer must cover all costs, including visa, round-trip airfare, safety, translator, and appropriate accommodation. Additionally, the buyer should pay a daily salary of 150 USD.
4. Product Warranty: The floor deck roll forming machine comes with a 24-month warranty. We offer lifetime technical support for the equipment.
5. Packaging Details: Equipment is shipped nude. Some spare parts will be packed in a wooden box.
6. Packing: Equipment is nude, with waterproof cloth and stow-wood. The computer-controlled cabinet is wrapped in waterproof cloth. The seller must ensure the equipment is moisture-proof during transportation.
7. Export Assurance: The seller must ensure the accuracy of export information and compensate the buyer for any losses due to incorrect information.
