B. Sales terms
Terms of Payment: 30% of the total contract value paid by T/T as deposit, the rest 70% of the total contract value to be paid by T/T after inspection by buyer in seller’s factory before delivery.
Delivery: 15 days after receipt of advance payment
Warranty: 12 months limited warranty
During warranty: parts are free but buyer pay for the shipping fee

2.Delivery Time:25-35 days after the deposit.
3.Installation and debugging: In case of sending technician to buyers country, The Buyer should bear all the cost including: visa ,round trip ticket ,Safety, the translator and suitable accommodation, also buyer should pay the salary 150USD/day.
4.Products warranty: 12 months, we provide technical support for whole life of the equipment.
5.Packaging Details: equipment for nude.
1.Type of payment: We charge 30% deposit first, the 70%balance will be payed before shipping, we will inform customer to check the quality .
2.Delivery Time: 25-30 days after the deposit. Will shipping after test the machine.
3.Installation and debugging: In case of sending technician to buyers country, The Buyer should bear all the cost including: visa ,round trip ticket ,Safety, the translator and suitable accommodation, also buyer should pay the salary 150USD/day.
4.Products warranty: the floor deck roll forming machine we provide 24 months guarantee, we provide technical support for whole life of the equipment.
5.Packaging Details: equipment for nude. Some spare parts be fill in wood box.
6.Packing: nude, with waterproof cloth and stow-wood. The computer controlled cabinet is packed with waterproof cloth. The seller should guarantee equipment will be moisture-proof, and during transportation.
7.The seller should guarantee that the export information is true and correct and should compensate for the buyer for the loss caused by incorrectness of export information if any. The export documents include: original invoice, original packing list (including contents in each container, measurement and the true weight of container), the copy of released B/L, the scan copy of original customs declaration.
